Thank you for choosing to invest in your child’s education at Olney Christian School! Volunteering is a wonderful way to get involved, build relationships with teachers, and strengthen our school community.

We offer many exciting opportunities for you to contribute throughout the year, including our **Race for Education**, **Fall Fest**, **Earth Day celebrations**, and more. Your involvement makes a real impact on the experiences of our students and families!

Important:

 If you plan to serve as a field trip chaperone, please ensure your clearances are completed and on file with the school before participating.

Volunteer Required Clearance Instructions:

 Criminal History Clearance

1. Visit PA State Police ePatch Website
2. Click “New Volunteer Record Check” and enter all required information.  
3. You will receive a “record number” via email.  
4. Return to the website, select “Check the status of a record check,” and enter your record number.  
5. Scroll down to find your certificate. 
6. Important: You must click on the record number to view and download your certificate.  
7. Email a copy of your certificate to [email protected].

Child Abuse Clearance

1. Create a login at the Child Welfare Portal.  
2. Use your account to obtain the clearance report.  
3. Email a copy of your certificate to [email protected].
